And it's why I hate him. No I really do. I am not just saying that for affect. If he was a person he would probably be one of the people on Facebook who's status I hide. Because all he says is emo crap and he just argues to argue in comments.
Man, I just started disliking him more.
If that's even possible.
And here's what's worse - he doesn't care if I like him or not. Would he like a kind pat on the head or an ear rub? Sure! Would he love to cuddle in your lap? As long as you're warm! Would he like you to give him kisses and a tummy rub? Why not! Would he like to be your pet? Only if there's a fluffy bed on every floor of the house!
It's really really hard to train a dog that just does not care if you like him or not. I think this is part of his brain malfunction. It's partly why I hope this Prozac thing will work. (I am not holding out much hope though.)
For example, I can correct the corgi and she wants to do better. I can praise her and she connects the dots: If I am good, I get rewards! OMGYAY!
Crazy Dog? He harrumphs at me a lot. Didn't know a dog could do it? He can. And does. A lot. Like daily. I can reward him all I want to try to redirect bad behavior and he could care less. He gladly takes the treat, pat, or whatever reward it is and then will turn around and go right back to being absolutely terrible.
He just doesn't care.
Which is one reason why I hate him. That and the biting people thing.
But hey, it's Friday! I bet none of you had as much fun today as Roxy did tearing up the hedgehog her grandma Erika got her! Look at that happy face!
Cute picture, well, at least the toy lasted almost 3 months!
